Domestic Return Policy
SWE is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 35 days of the ship date - WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING. No questions asked! No restocking fees!
Email email@example.com or call 800-336-1968 with your order number to receive your return authorization. If the item is defective or damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship the item using the carrier of their own choosing. Or simply log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
We do not accept any returns after 35 days from ship date.
We will process your refund within two weeks of receiving your package in our warehouse. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund much quicker.
We currently ship only to the United States (all 50 states), Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands. We ship USPS, Fedex or UPS, whichever is less expensive. When we ship your product, you will receive a tracking number with a link to the carrier.
