Our products have a limited one-year warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty applies to only individual home use. Warranty is void if the product is abused through negligence or misused. At the discretion of the manufacturer, defective products will be repaired and/or replaced. Customer must call or request (form below) a return authorization number. Returns without a return authorization number will be refused.
If it has been more than 35 days from the ship date, customer must pay return postage for the defective unit along with submitting proof of purchase.
